On the road again...

Feels like old times... Yesterday we drove 5 hours from Pittsburgh to eastern Pennsylvania to a small town called Bechtelsville, about 1000 inhabitants. Our destination was Morning Star Fellowship, a church pastored by Steve Defrain.

And we sure had church last night. Jesus was there alright! I love when He shows up. People understood the great power that resides in the word forgiveness and then many were healed! God is so great!

I love you Jesus! Thank you for being not just my savior, by my friend...

Just about to have a Bible study together!

An intense day...

Today began with leading Prayer School at the MCM Ministry School. We prayed for Thailand and the upcoming festival and missions trip. After that great hour, I began teaching the students on Buddhism. What a confusing philosophy of life that is.

Once done teaching, I went to the sanctuary at Allison Park Church and we began to install some new light fixtures. It looks so much better. The final fixtures will arrive next week and then the transformation will be complete!

Tomorrow I will continue to teach at the MCM Ministry School, this time on sects and cults. I just finished writing up a test on Buddhism for the students as well.

When you go for it, you can pack a whole lot into one day!

BTW, tomorrow me, Jonatan and the Don himself will be driving to Bechtelsville, PA for a weekend filled with Signs&Wonders meetings!

Teaching at the MCM Ministry School this week

Just spent most of the evening preparing teaching for this week at the MCM Ministry School. I will be teaching two days on Animism, Buddhism and Cults & Sects. It is always interesting to study other people's beliefs and way of life...

Lunch with the Don and the First Lady

Just home from a relaxing lunch with the Don and the First Lady of SOS.

We have had three wonderful services this weekednd with Johannes preaching on Love Miracles. Pastor Jeff is doing a series on Beyond the Basics and in order to go beyond, one needs to firm up the foundation. Love is such a thing.

When you find the true Agape love and realize that it holds the great power within itself, then your life is about to take a turn for the good! The healing power, the delivering power, lies within the great Agape Love.

We need to embrace the Agape Love with all out might!!

Swing set

Yesterday evening I drove to the other side of Pittsburgh and bought a swing set that Martina found on Cariagslist. Once home I assembled it and waited for the kids to wake up this morning.

Just to see their faces and the expressions of joy mixed with thankfulness was indescribable! Kids are such a point of joy and fulfillment in life!

Today is a day filled with meetings!!

Will be great to have my boss in town for a few days! Johannes will be preaching at Allison Park Church this weekend and at Morning Star in Bechtelsville, outside of Philadelphia next weekend.

It will be a great week!

Better late than never...

Thought that since most people I know seem to have time to blog every now and then, then perhaps I will to.
So here goes! I am now officially part of the blog-o-sphere!! I will be sharing my heart and at times sharing episodes from my travel as a missionary.
